aoty® submitted a grant application for the construction of an LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) filling station on behalf of a large German corporation. The grant application was not limited in its amount by the funding programme „EU-Strukturfondsförderung 2014-2020; Rahmenregelungen der Allgemeinen Nebenbestimmungen für Zuwendungen zur Projektförderung (ANBest- EFRE/ESF)“ („EU Structural Fund 2014-2020; Framework Regulations of the General Auxiliary Terms and Conditions for Grants for Project Funding“).

 The aim of the funding programme is to educate companies on how e-mobility and its infrastructure can contribute to establishing sustainable, low (or even zero)-emission traffic on German roads. The results can also be used to show what role e-mobility plays in creating decarbonized energy and mobility systems in Germany.  

  This project enables both small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as corporate groups, to gain their first-hand experience with electric vehicles (BEV & PHEV) in everyday operation. This experience will be useful as further developments in e-mobility continue to arise.
