The impacts of climate change are becoming more intense and threatening for all of us each year. The increasing global warming and the associated consistently rising average temperatures on our planet lead to a dramatic scarcity of clean drinking water and food.

As a result, more and more people are forced to leave their homes. Due to our enormous resource consumption and emissions, we as an industrialized nation bear significant responsibility for this. People attempting a fresh start in our country due to these reasons need our support.

Uniting different cultures, languages, and value systems requires well-thought-out social concepts and strategies. We want to contribute to providing refugees with a perspective so that they can integrate into our society.

We offer this perspective by familiarizing migrants with our language, culture, and fundamental values. One of our main concerns is to support these people in finding employment and learning the German language. This, along with acquiring solid language skills, is the foundation of successful integration.

Because the opportunity to build a good life leads significantly to migrants integrating not only more quickly but also permanently into our society. This is beneficial for all of us. Such an integration strategy avoids frustrations and associated negative impacts.

We are committed to sustainability and aim to make our world a little better with our efforts. To promote positive impacts on our society, aoty also takes the lead in the social sector.
