New mobility is mainly influenced by four drivers: digitalisation, alternative energy, politics and the market. The car is being transformed into an autonomous data vehicle. The core business of petrol stations is undergoing extensive changes, as they become more like energy and mobility hubs.

Is there a right point in time to implement these changes? Which technologies are relevant? And how should the infrastructure look?

In cooperation with ABB Automation Products and Guild Master Energy Solutions, aoty® developed a future-proof concept for petrol stations. In the long-term, there will be less focus on fossil fuels. Petrol stations have to be open to new developments in electrical mobility, networking and autonomous driving.
