Dr. Juliane Bielinski is an expert in electro mobility and innovative mobility concepts. She advises the state government of Lower Saxony on new mobility and initiated, accompanied and evaluated numerous innovation and funding projects aimed at electro mobility. Before that, she worked at the Deutsche Bahn AG and the airport Hannover-Langenhagen. Hence she is very knowledgable on the topic of mobility as a whole.

Dr. Juliane Bielinski earned her PhD at the Leibniz University Hannover, researching the innovation activities of the German car industry in China. She lived and worked in Beijing for several years.

She is continously present as a national and international speaker on the topic of “the future of mobility” and electro mobility. Furthermore she is a member of the jury of the Austrian governmental funding programm “urban electro mobility” and the climate protection competition of Lower Saxony 2018.
