Since 2013, he has been running \u201eIdeas in Store\u201c with a specialisation in corporate strategy, brand management, shopper marketing and diversity. His customers include both brand manufacturers and retailers. Previously, Jesper worked for the consumer goods manufacturer Procter &amp; Gamble for more than 20 years.
