For the metropolitan region of Hamburg, this opens up new opportunities for the implementation of a sustainable hydrogen economy. The plan is to launch a pilot project in which public filling stations supply local public transport buses with hydrogen fuel. The supply will be secured via an existing wind-hydrogen-electrolysis plant located in Brunsb\u00fcttel.
