Individual Counseling <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\">Through individual counseling in detailed one-on-one sessions, young people and young adults are supported both before and during their training.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\">The counseling sessions cover areas such as assistance with challenges in vocational schools, exam preparation, guidance on dealing with authorities, support in improving grades, conflict management in the training company, and personal problem-solving in crisis situations.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>2.
