One example is the Riverpark Tower at the heart of Frankfurt The former tower of Union Investment will be switched to a modern residential complex, consisting of 120 condos and 100 serviced apartments.
By doing this, project developer GEG goes one step into the right direction by creating additional living space. But to combat inner-city gridlock, further innovative solutions are necessary. To achieve that goal, an individual mobility concept, which has been tailored to the behavior of tenants, is indispensable. Only by implementing new and comprehensive mobility concepts, the quality of stay and air in metropolitan regions such as Frankfurt, can be guarenteed in the long run.
The mobility solution for the project was implemented in coordination with the parking space statute of Frankfurt and offers an optimized mobility offering to tenants and owners.
The mobility concept leads to a decrease in overall car usage and is connectable with further mobility hubs in the city center.
